Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (US) and countries within the European Union (EU).

International shipping costs and delivery times vary significantly based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be levied by the destination country’s customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Damages

Dynova.top (Aza Reddy) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
