Thank you for shopping at Dynova.top. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, packing slip).
Please note: Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photographs of the item(s) if they are damaged or defective.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund, as you are responsible for it upfront.
In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at [email protected] with photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
